Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

After your order has been shipped, these are the expected shipping times:

UK: 2-5 business days

International: 5-10 business days

International orders can however sometimes take up to 30 business days due to customs.

If 30 business days have passed and you still haven't received your order, please email us from our contact page and we'll find a resolution.
